Statement on employment of a foreigner - where and how to submit?

You do not have to do anything - we will take care of everything by submitting your  statement to the employment office. We help in preparing a set of documents necessary to  obtain a permit, and the price of the service includes not only consultation, but also support  at every stage of work legalization.

You must have a valid travel document, i.e. a foreign passport and a PESEL number. You  must be a citizen of Moldova, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia or Armenia.

We comprehensively assist in the preparation of a package of documents necessary to obtain  a temporary residence permit based on the performance of work. The price of the service  includes consultation and support at the next stages of work legalization.

It will take from 1.5 to 2 weeks to obtain a declaration for citizens of Moldova, Belarus,  Georgia and Armenia. It will take 1 day to obtain a declaration for citizens of Ukraine.
